Strength, Beauty, and Athleticism

Aerial Acrobatics gives students a chance to experience movement in a completely new way. It has the artistic feeling of a stage performance while building real strength, coordination, and body control.

Build Strength

Students use their own body strength to climb, hold positions, and control their movement on the apparatus.

Develop Body Control

Aerial movement challenges balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, and awareness of the body in space.

Express Yourself

Students combine athletic movement with dance and artistic expression as they learn to move with confidence and creativity.
