How The Alpha Omega Weekly Experience Works
Your membership gives your child more ways to play, practice, move, and connect beyond their regular weekly class. Choose the experience your child would like to attend and register for each week separately.

Select Your Date
Experiences open for registration seven days before they take place. Choose the specific date your child would like to attend.

Register Through the App
The easiest way to register is through the Alpha Omega Mobile App powered by Mobile Inventor. Choose your location below to open the correct registration page in the app.
You may also register through your parent portal in Jackrabbit. Log in at the top of the applicable registration page.

Select your Alpha Omega location to open the Membership Experience registration page in the Mobile Inventor app.
Who Can Attend at No Additional Charge?
The following memberships include access to The Alpha Omega Weekly Experience:
- Omega Unlimited Membership
- Youth Membership
- Alpha Access Membership
Youth Flex Pass holders may use one of their passes to attend an available experience.

Important Weekly Experience Policies
Space Is Limited
Registration is required for every experience, and availability may be limited.
Cancel If You Cannot Attend
If you register but cannot attend, please let us know before the experience. A $10 administrative fee will be charged when a registered participant does not attend and advance notice is not provided.
Check In at Arrival
Participants must check in at the beginning of each experience using the QR code in the Alpha Omega Mobile App and receive a wristband.
Late Pickup Fee
A $15 late fee will be charged for every five minutes a parent is late picking up their child at the end of the experience.

Open Gym is one of the best perks of being part of the Alpha Omega family. It is the perfect chance for your child to burn energy, explore the gym, and practice their favorite skills—all in a safe, supervised environment.
Whether they are working on a new skill or simply having a blast on the equipment, our coaches are on hand to encourage progress and help keep things safe. Open Gym gives children another opportunity to move, play, and build confidence beyond their regular weekly class.

Focused Practice. More Confidence. New Skills.
Sometimes a child just needs a little extra time, coaching, and encouragement to make a skill click. Gymnastics Skills Clinics give students a focused opportunity to practice specific skills, improve their technique, and build confidence outside of their regular weekly class.
From learning a first cartwheel to working toward the next skill on bars, our coaches help students understand the movement, practice it safely, and keep making progress. Each week includes two clinic options so students can choose the experience that best fits their age and stage of development.

Turn up the energy and let your child’s personality shine. Hip Hop Dance Clinic gives students the chance to learn new moves, build confidence, and explore the fundamentals of hip hop dance in a fun, encouraging environment.
Whether your child is stepping into hip hop for the first time or looking for a chance to sharpen their style, each clinic offers focused instruction, upbeat movement, and plenty of opportunities to learn, practice, and perform.

It is a fun, high-energy way for children to stay active, express themselves, and connect with the Alpha Omega community—all in a safe, supervised environment.

Do I need to register every week?
Yes. Registration is required for each experience and each week your child plans to attend. Space is limited, so advance registration is recommended.
When does registration open?
Weekly Experience registration opens seven days before the experience takes place.
What is the easiest way for members to register?
The easiest way for members to register is through the Alpha Omega Mobile App powered by Mobile Inventor. Select your location in the registration section above to open the appropriate page in the app.

Can non-members attend these experiences?
Yes. Non-members are welcome to participate by registering through the applicable Jackrabbit table and paying the listed individual fee.
Current age, location, schedule, availability, and pricing information are shown in the registration tables for each experience.
How do Youth Flex Pass holders register?
Youth Flex Pass holders may use one of their available passes to attend an available Weekly Experience. Registration is still required for the specific experience and date.
What happens if we register but cannot attend?
If your child cannot attend an experience after being registered, please let Alpha Omega know before the experience begins.
If advance notice is not provided, a $10 administrative fee will be charged.
