Born to Move is an interactive parent-and-child movement program designed for babies, waddlers, and the caregivers who grow with them.

Through movement, music, play, and developmentally appropriate activities, families build connection, confidence, coordination, and foundational movement skills together.

Choose the Right Level for Your Child

Born to Move grows with your child from early tummy time through toddlerhood.

Level One: Babies

3 months to confidently walking

The Babies class supports children from early tummy time through the developmental stages that lead to crawling, pulling up, and beginning to walk.

Babies and caregivers participate together in interactive movement experiences that encourage connection, sensory input, body awareness, and early motor development.

Babies Pricing

  • $84 one-time enrollment fee
  • Uniform included with enrollment
  • $0 monthly tuition

Babies move to Waddlers once they are walking confidently. The enrollment fee is not charged again when they transition.

Level Two: Waddlers

Confidently walking through 24 months

Waddlers continues building movement skills as children become more mobile, curious, and independent.

Children and caregivers participate together in creative movement, music, play, and developmentally appropriate activities that support growing coordination, confidence, body awareness, and social connection.

Waddlers Pricing

  • $84 one-time enrollment fee
  • Uniform included with enrollment
  • $109.90 per month
  • No additional enrollment fee when transitioning from Babies

When children turn 2 years old, they transition to the Teeter Toddler Class through our Preschool Gymnastics program.

Born to Move is not a drop-off class. Parents and caregivers are active participants in the experience, making each class an opportunity to move, learn, and connect together.

Developed With Early Development in Mind

Born to Move was developed by Brandi Arnold of Perfect 10 PT Academy. The program uses movement and play to support the developing brain-body connection from infancy through toddlerhood.

Born to Move Membership Benefits

Born to Move is treated as a Youth Membership program at Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance.

Born to Move families receive the other general member benefits available to Youth Members, including access to Open Gym. The Born to Move tuition is priced differently because of the program's specialized structure and developmental age range.
