Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance

Big Skills Start
With Small Steps.

Preschool Gymnastics gives children ages 2 through 5 a fun place to move, explore, make friends, and discover what their bodies can do.

As children grow, the classes grow with them—moving from playful exploration to more focused gymnastics instruction.

A Fun First Step Into Gymnastics

Preschool Gymnastics is a great way for your child to try a structured class while still having plenty of room to play, explore, and be themselves.

Move and Explore

Children build balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and body awareness by climbing, jumping, rolling, swinging, and trying new skills.

Grow in Confidence

Each new skill is a chance to try something challenging, celebrate progress, and discover, “I can do it!”

Learn With Friends

Children practice listening, following directions, taking turns, and being part of a group while enjoying an active and encouraging class environment.

Four Classes. A Path That Grows With Them.

Children move into the class that fits their age and experience. As they grow, they are ready for more instruction, more skills, and a little more structure.

Teeter Toddler

Ages 2–2.9  |  All Skill Levels

Teeter Toddler is a lively introduction to gymnastics for 2-year-olds. Children spend lots of time moving, exploring, and trying new skills in a fun and welcoming environment.

This class does not require parent assistance. Our coaches guide the children while they learn to participate independently and become comfortable in a class setting.

Class length: 45 minutes

Baby Giants

3 years old  |  All Skill Levels

Baby Giants is a great next step for 3-year-olds. Children still get plenty of movement and play, but they also begin receiving more direct instruction from the coach.

They practice trying specific skills, listening to directions, and waiting for their turn in line as they become more comfortable in a group class.

Class length: 60 minutes

Bridge Ups

Ages 4 and 5 through kindergarten

Bridge Ups is for children in this age range who are new to gymnastics. Coaches begin teaching more gymnastics skills on each event while keeping the class positive, active, and fun.

Children continue building strength, flexibility, coordination, listening skills, and confidence as they learn how gymnastics classes work.

Placement: For students new to gymnastics
Class length: 60 minutes

Bridge Overs

Ages 4 and 5 through kindergarten

Bridge Overs is for experienced young gymnasts who are ready to spend more time learning and practicing gymnastics skills on each event.

This class is not chosen by age alone. Our team evaluates each student and determines whether Bridge Overs is the right placement.

Placement: Students must be evaluated and placed by Alpha Omega.

Class length: 60 minutes

Why the Classes Look Different at Each Age

A class for a 2-year-old should not look exactly like a class for a 5-year-old. As children grow, they become more ready to listen, wait, follow directions, and work on specific skills.

Teeter Toddlers: Lots of Movement

Teeter Toddlers spend a lot of time moving, exploring, and trying new skills. From the viewing area, the class may look energetic or even a little chaotic—and that is normal for this age. They are learning how to move through a group setting.

Baby Giants: More Coach-Led Practice

Baby Giants receive a little more instruction from the coach. Children practice certain skills, listen for directions, and begin learning how to wait for their turn in line.

Bridge Classes: More Gymnastics Skills

In Bridge Ups and Bridge Overs, coaches spend more time teaching gymnastics skills on each event. Children are ready for more direct instruction and more focused practice.

Membership and Enrollment

Preschool Gymnastics is generally part of the Youth Membership pathway at Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance.

Youth Membership Pricing

The monthly tuition shown in the Preschool Gymnastics registration tables matches the Youth Membership tuition.

Monthly tuition

$197.75 per month

Families may also use Omega Unlimited or a Youth Flex Pass where those membership options apply.

Enrollment-Fee Policy

Families do not pay another enrollment fee when they change or upgrade monthly memberships.

A child moving from Born to Move into Teeter Toddler does not pay another enrollment fee. This policy continues as a child moves through the Alpha Omega membership pathway.

The exception is moving from a Youth Flex Pass, which has no enrollment fee, into a monthly membership. In that situation, the applicable enrollment fee is due when the monthly membership begins.

What Comes Next at Age 6?

When children turn 6, they can continue growing with Alpha Omega through Girls Gymnastics, Ninja Flipping Force, or Tumbling, depending on their interests and goals.

Keep the Fun Going

The preschool years are a wonderful time to build confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with movement. When your child is ready for the next step, our team can help you find the program that fits them best.
